For 21 years, we’ve put a lot of effort into creating churches unchurched people love to attend. It’s worked because so many people have made it work. It’s worked because we broke every church tradition we knew to embrace the mission of the church: to draw people to Jesus.

When one season ends and a new one begins, we all wonder what comes next. That question can be exciting and stressful. So, how do you best navigate life’s biggest transitions?

Humble shepherd. Giant-slayer. Gifted poet. Mighty warrior. Flawed man. Legendary leader. David is one of history’s most famous kings. But more important, he was a man after God’s own heart.

Fully alive. Sounds good, right? Maybe too good to be true? But what if fully alive is fully available? And what if we could begin experiencing that kind of life now? No more chasing. No more seeking. Just fully experiencing living fully alive. If that life is possible, here’s the real question: Why would we choose to live partially dead if fully alive is fully available?

We all have wants. But actually getting what we want can be tricky . . . and even dangerous. It usually leaves us wanting more. If what we want leads to a cycle of wanting more and more, maybe we want the wrong things.
